Do you take walk in appointments?
We don’t take walk-ins because your service deserves our full focus. Booking ahead means we can prepare for you and create the most relaxing experience possible.
How do I schedule an appointment?
We do all of our scheduling through Vagaro Software. This can be accessed at www.vagaro.com/wildhoneyspa or by downloading the Vagaro App on your mobile device. A card is required to be put on file to hold your appointment.
Do you have a cancelation policy?
Yes. You can easily manage or edit your own appointments anytime through the Vagaro website or app. We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice when canceling or rescheduling. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the service, and those made within 1 hour or no-shows will be charged in full. All services are non-refundable.
Do you sell gift cards?
Yes! You can purchase online anytime using this link!
We also have physical gift cards available for purchase at the spa.
